Training Group 2017

 

This training group is designed for runners looking to complete their first or best 10K up to their first or best half marathon.

When for 2017:

Winter Group- January 10th to April 29th. Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm, Thursday evenings at 6:00pm from New Balance London and Saturday mornings at 7:30am from New Balance London and various different locations.
Goal Events: Around the Bay 30K March 26th & Forest City 10K & Half Marathon April 30th

 

 

Fall Group - July 18th to October 28th. Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm, Thursday evenings at 6:00pm from New Balance London and Saturday mornings at 7:30am from New Balance London and various different locations

Goal Events: Niagara Falls 10K/Half Marathon, Detroit Half Marathon-Oct 15th or Toronto Half Marathon-Oct 22nd or Halloween Haunting 10K-Oct 28th

Cost:

$70.00 + HST per session or
$125 for both sessions (Winter & Fall) + you receive a $25 store gift card when you sign up for both sessions.
