Yoga for Runners

Yoga is a great way to improve recovery, increase flexibility, strength and balance. This program is friendly to everyone, from beginners to those with lots of experience. During each session, we will place a lot of emphasis on developing good form and positive postural habits. Expect to develop more efficient breathing and deeper levels of relaxation in a positive, encouraging environment. 


Clinic Instructor - Andrew Baerthel

Andrew Baerthel is an International Yoga Alliance Experienced Instructor (E-RYT 1000+), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), New Balance Running Coach and avid marathoner.

Sunday morning 10:00am till 11:00am



10 Session card: $90, Clinic members $80, Students $70, all plus HST

Drop-in per session: $10,  Clinic members $9, Students $8, all plus HST
